  • Yes, you may reschedule with no additional charges. We understand that the weather can be unpredictable!

    *Please note that we charge a cancelation fee ($25 per bike and price of drop off if applicable) if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours.

  • We require a current federal ID (driver’s license, passport etc.), signing our safety waiver (online or in the office), closed toe shoes, and wearing of a helmet.

    We provide complimentary helmets for your rental for each ride..

  • Yes, bikes may be loaded into the back of a pickup truck. Each bike must be placed in an upright position with a towel or a packing blanket to prevent scratching.

    If this is not an option, we offer a bike rack rental that can hold up to 6 bikes for an additional $15. The car needs to have a 2.5” receiver. Please ask an employee at our shop to add it to your rental.

  • We offer overnight rentals! All overnight rentals need to booked by the phone at least two days in advance of your adventure. An additional overnight fee is added for overnight rentals.

  • Bike renters meet us at our shop to complete their waiver and payment, participate in the orientation, and get fitted to the right bike and helmet. They then follow our bike transport vehicle in their own vehicle to the trailhead.

    We encourage our bikers to schedule bike drop-offs in advance, and sign our e-waiver before coming to the shop.

    Walk in drop-offs are accepted depending on availability but are subject to our delivery schedule.

  • Yes! We welcome walk-in bike rentals.

    *Please note that walk-in rentals are based off availability of bikes and employees and are subject to rental cut-of times for our trails.

  • We offer rentals for ages 16+.

    Our insurance provider stipulates that we cannot offer rentals for riders under 16 years of age.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer rentals with children under 16 even if they are a passenger.

  • All ebike renters/riders must meet at the shop before proceeding to the trailhead to be sized for bikes and helmets, as well as complete waivers, and participate in the orientation.

  • We equip each of our renters with a first aid kit, tire repair kit and digital air pump, and information to call our staff with questions or help.

    For more serious crashes or issues during your trip, please call us to inform us. For serious medical needs or emergencies, always call 911 first.

    We cannot rescue bikes or bikers off the trails. All renters are responsible for their own safety during their rental.

  • Earliest start time: 9am

    Latest Return Time: 6pm

  • No, while some bike are equipped with a mild throttle, these are only enough to help you start pedaling. The bikes do not function like a motorcycle. You must be able to pedal consistently to complete any of the trails we offer.

  • Our batteries last around 40 miles as long as the biker is pedaling throughout the ride.

    Factors which impact battery life include:

    -The terrain of the trail.

    -Weight of the rider.

    -Use & level of pedal assist versus using the throttle.
